I commit to sign up for the Cleanse Daily Support Emails the DAY BEFORE I START MY CLEANSE so that I receive the email to prepare for the cleanse the day before I start and that my emails are timed correctly for my cleanse. I understand that I will receive an email to prepare for my cleanse (Day 0) followed by emails on each day of the cleanse (Day 1-11) and then a followup email on Day 40 and that I will not continue to receive daily emails after the cleanse.

I commit to being proactive in my coaching and being open to setting up a coaching call with my cleanse coach before I start the cleanse and also checking in at least two other times during the cleanse by email, phone, or text with my coach. I will also contact my cleanse coach should I experience hunger, fatigues, constipation, or any other potential, normal detoxification symptoms so my cleanse coach can help me customize my cleanse. I also commit to sharing my successes with my cleanse coach and keeping them in the loop on increased energy, better sleep, weight or inches lost, clear skin, and many more potential detoxification benefits.

I commit to reading the Health for Life International Manual cover to cover and rereading any portions to facilitate my understanding and printing parts of the manual that I feel are necessary to my success (schedule, recipes). I commit to contacting my coach with any questions about what I read in the manual. I understand that many frequently asked questions are covered in the manual and that people who read the manual with an intent to understand the cleanse and follow the coaching, report the best results.
